"The best dental practice in every aspect. I’ve been a patient there for about nine years, and have experienced exceptional service, care and kindness with every interaction. When I had an emergency they worked me in, even though they were fully booked, and gave me a crown that they made in house. And there was zero pain involved . In addition to being a fantastic dentist, Dr. Shields is also a wonderful and warm person — everyone there is warm and friendly and helpful. The office is immaculate, decorated nicely, has lots of windows which provide good natural light, and the air is clean and fresh with the help of quality air purifiers. There are large televisions in every room playing serene videos. From the holistic approach, to the quality of care, to the pleasant atmosphere, this place is extraordinary"

"I want to send a big thank you to Dr. Z and his assistant, Sonya, for treating my severely infected tooth. I have been coming to this office for about 15 years and I have always received great care. I called the office regarding a tooth that had 2 root canals performed on it (at a different Dr.’s office) the tooth was causing me tremendous pain. I met with Dr. Z and after he asked about my symptoms and reviewed my X-rays he asked if I wanted to extract the tooth or if I was interested in another root canal. I was ready to extract that tooth. I’m so grateful Dr. Z fit me in the same day I called the office. He made sure to address my nervousness and fears before the procedure - letting me know they were prepared for the worst since this tooth had two prior root canals and hoping for the best. I felt very comfortable during the procedure. Everyone I saw working in the office is very friendly. The team went over my treatment options and answered all of my questions. Today, is the day after my tooth was extracted and I’m feeling so much better than before. Thank you so much!"
