"From the moment I walked in, Taylor and Mrs. Kathy provided exceptional customer service that immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. I did have some insurance issues at first, but they both went above and beyond to help me navigate everything smoothly. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and Mrs. Kathy truly has the best customer service. Her warmth and professionalism, along with Taylor’s support, honestly make you want to keep coming back. I was a little nervous about going to the dentist since it had been a while, but once I got to the back, Dr. Bhaka made me feel beyond comfortable. She was extremely kind and highly skilled and took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. "I had an emergency wisdom tooth situation and Tioga Dental took amazing care of me. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made a stressful day feel way more manageable. Nicole, Kathy, and Sara were super friendly and made me feel totally at ease. Dr. Bukata was professional, calm, and explained everything clearly, which really helped with my nerves. They even returned my call from the previous day when their system was down and made sure to get me into the office as soon as possible. Highly recommend Tioga Dental if you ever need quality care."
