Dr. Jordan did an amazing job making sure I felt comfortable during the entire procedure, he talked me through literally everything, and he somehow managed to make a tooth extraction a pleasant experience. He LISTENED to every word I said so I knew I was being heard. And please understand, I was trying not to cry during my entire appointment from the pain and mental exhaustion that I entered with when I arrived that morning. Every single person that I spoke to in this office treated me like a human being, like I mattered, and as if they genuinely cared about my happiness with the medical treatment I was receiving."
