"For my first visit to Coast Dental…I was so pleased and gratified. From meeting Melissa at the front desk, I felt so welcomed. She was so courteous and helpful and offered good advice for me. Charice took my X-rays and helped the Dentist with my examination and went over my care plan with me in fine detail and was so professional. Dr Mozzicato was so thorough and his patience with all of my questions after he shared what I needed to have done and his willingness to give me different options was so appreciated. His expertise and caring manner was welcomed since I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist. So glad I have a new dental practice to go to, for all of my future needs… From the moment I spoke with Melissa this morning, before my appt, I felt so much gratitude to be able to come today and have my extraction and getting my right side of my mouth ready for the temporary bridge. I had no idea that it would take so much time and work. I was so grateful that we used the gas and it was so calming to have Charice and Dr Mozzicato talk me through all the steps of the 3+ hours that I was being treated. I appreciated all of the instruction and sheets of explanation as well. Thank you to Melissa for helping me to get payment for the appt today and all the work done. I am so relieved to know that I will have future appts with this office and staff and Dr Mozzicato and his assistants. Wish I could express how much I appreciate each part of the appt today and last week’s appt as well. Once again , a post op visit was especially effective and I so appreciated the good treatment direction by Charice and the Dr on Staff as well as the office manager, Jennifer, all helping me even though I was a walk in today. Thank you so much. My visit today was so wonderful again!! Dr Mozzicato has the best chair side manner and explains everything to me so well. He is very good about keeping my stress levels and fear of any dentist work to a minimum. My past history as a child with bad experiences has put a damper on going to the dentist. But, Dr Mozzicato and Daisha were an excellent team for me, today. I wish I could express my deepest appreciation with words. Office front desk is always so welcoming and pleasant to work with. 10/02/2025. All good things again at Coast Dental Dunedin. I will be back on the 23rd of Oct and I am looking forward to any future appts. I got my permanent bridge today. Wow!! I am sooo pleased!! There are not enough words to express my appreciation for Dr Mozzicato’s excellent work to make sure that this bridge and its placement and fit was perfect. He and Charice are such a calming and caring team!! Melissa and Jen are so welcoming and friendly, too. I am so happy to have found this practice!!"
